Education-Powered Indigenous Resurgence

Empower Traditional Knowledge to Pioneer Global Regeneration

The Service Leadership College of Traditional Medicine, a spin-off venture of the indigenous-led non-profit organization Celestial Point Inc., is a pioneering educational institution with a distinctive mission to revitalize ancient healing traditions while embedding the principles of modern sustainability. Driven by an indigenous kinship worldview, the sustainable idea supporting our organization is the creation of a new generation of practitioners who are not only skilled in holistic healthcare but also deeply committed to regenerative practices. This approach extends from the ethical sourcing of medicinal plants to the implementation of sustainable clinic operations, ensuring our graduates are prepared to lead in a world that increasingly values both personal wellness and environmental stewardship.

Our core competencies lie in a unique curriculum that blends academic rigor with practical, hands-on training and a focus on the triple bottom line of people, planet, and purpose. This is supported by our network of experienced traditional healers and partnerships with sustainable farms and ethical suppliers, all leveraged from the foundation of Celestial Point Inc.'s established expertise in design management, knowledge management, and network leadership.

  • People (Social Value): We cultivate compassionate and skilled practitioners who serve diverse communities with integrity, promoting holistic health, cultural sensitivity, and social justice. Our graduates will serve as "health and information entrepreneurs" who can address health disparities and provide culturally relevant, continuous care throughout the life journey of individuals and families.

  • Planet (Environmental Value): We reduce the ecological footprint of healthcare by championing sustainable practices. Our Physical Pillar curriculum focuses on the symbiotic relationship between human health and the natural world, incorporating subjects like Ethnobotany and Climate Medicine. By promoting the use of sustainable materials, ethical sourcing, and low-waste operational models, we contribute to a healthier planet.

  • Purpose (Economic Sustainability): As a non-profit, our focus is on financial sustainability to serve our mission rather than generating profit. We create economic value by offering high-quality education and operating a self-sustaining enterprise. Our graduates' success in their own practices will, in turn, contribute to the local economy. We also plan to generate revenue from our on-site clinic, continuing education programs, and sustainable product sales. Our communal pillar reframes economic systems as "systems of care and support," ensuring our college is not just fiscally sound but also resilient and beneficial to the wider community.
